Jeannie has built a wealth of experience and taken on significant responsibilities throughout her career in the security industry.

Her journey began in 2005 as a volunteer in the Security Ministry of one of Singapore’s most prominent charity organizations. Over the years, she advanced through roles such as Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader, before transitioning to a full-time position as Head of Security Department in 2018—a role she continues to hold today alongside her ongoing service as a Volunteer Leader.

These progressive roles have equipped Jeannie with extensive skills and expertise in managing security operations, training, and team development.

As Head of Security Department, Jeannie reports directly to the Head of Corporate Support and is responsible for overseeing all security operations within the organization. Her duties include implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing security personnel, and ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and assets. She also plays an active role in training and development initiatives to strengthen the capabilities of the security team.

In her capacity as a Volunteer Leader, Jeannie supervises venue security operations and manages incidents effectively—requiring quick decision-making, clear communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Overall, Jeannie’s progressive career in the security industry has provided her with comprehensive knowledge of security operations, incident management, resource deployment, and training. Her leadership as Department Head, combined with her volunteer experience, demonstrates her strong ability to lead teams, make critical decisions, and uphold the highest standards of security within an organization.
